This publication is a public summary of the Making All Spaces Safe (MASS) 2025 Annual Report. In 2025, the Making All Spaces Safe (MASS) global programme transitioned from its foundational inception phase into a high-impact acceleration period, solidifying its position as a leading programme in comprehensive approaches to addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV). During the year, the programme expanded its response interventions beyond Kenya and Benin into Nigeria, Ghana, Somalia and Egypt, while also advancing partnerships to support future programme expansion in Tunisia.

This summary highlights the programme's key achievements and progress across its five pillars: response, prevention, enabling environments (law and policy), research and evaluation, and convening efforts. It also showcases how MASS continued to strengthen survivor-centred responses, build evidence, foster strategic partnerships and promote safer digital spaces for women and girls in all their diversity.
